Our Content:

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by NowaterMarkAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Payment & Refunds

For paid Pro subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes:

  • Limited to 2 image processing credits
  • Standard quality output
  • Basic features only
  • No video processing support
  • Credits reset policy as determined by us

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. RESULTS FROM WATERMARK REMOVAL MAY VARY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOWATERMARKAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NowaterMarkAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
