2. Subscription Plans
Our Pro subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following guidelines apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests within 7 days of the initial charge may be eligible for a full refund.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests within 14 days of the initial charge may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Renewal Charges: Refund requests for automatic renewals within 48 hours of the charge date may be eligible.
- Free Tier: There are no charges for the free tier, so no refunds apply.
